Marina update: The hotel arranged for a doctor to come by last night. After examining Marina he gave us a 5-day course of antibiotics and told us to continue to use Tylenol to bring her fever down. She's lethargic and been sleeping a lot but is in resonably good sprits. We hope she'll be back to normal by tonight!
